How it works
From registration to exam in four steps

Step 1
Register
Fill in your details and eligibility (at least 2 categories, with evidence), verify your email and pay the registration fee.

Step 2
Review & UID
The institute checks your documents. If anything needs fixing you are asked to re-upload it. Once approved you get your 5-digit candidate UID.

Step 3
Buy & book
Buy the modules you need (or all of them as a package), then book a seat in an exam session. Each module fee covers 3 attempts; a failed attempt is retaken free.

Step 4
Sit the exam
Get email reminders before your exam. Results and marks appear in your account, and your invoices are always there to download.

Questions candidates ask
Who can register here?
Anyone at least 18 years old. A passport number, email and mobile can each be registered only once. Registered by the institute (the institute's course students or airline-nominated candidates)? Don't use the registration form: use the link in your invitation email to set your password and complete your registration.
How many modules can I take in one session?
You can take at most 7 modules in one exam session.
Can I change my exam date?
Each module purchase allows up to 3 date changes (reschedules, or booking again after being absent), until booking for that session closes (7 days before its first exam). The first reschedule is free.
What counts as an attempt?
Only a Pass or Fail counts as an attempt. Absent on the exam day (Not Performed): no refund; self-registered candidates can book the exam again for Rs. 5,000 while date changes are left, otherwise the module must be bought again. Three fails in a row block that module for one year.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No. The registration fee is not refunded, including if a registration is rejected for invalid documents, so please upload clear, valid documents. The only exception: if you are charged but the portal could not complete your registration, the institute completes it or refunds you in full.
How do I pay?
Online, in Razorpay's secure payment window. Every payment gets an invoice that you can download from your account at any time.
